About us
We at Schaffner Properties evolved from our parent company, SIPAG (Schaffner Investment Properties AG). Through the transactions within our family’s real estate investment portfolio, Schaffner Properties evolved into an independent real estate advisory firm. Today, we specialise in the sale of residential properties and investment assets, as well as transaction management for residential and commercial real estate on behalf of third parties.
We advise private clients on the sale of condominiums and luxury villas. For family-owned businesses, real estate companies and investment vehicles, we provide comprehensive transaction management services for residential and commercial real estate – from developing the marketing strategy and approaching investors to leading negotiations and successfully closing the transaction.
Our team is led by Julian Schaffner, who holds a MAS in Real Estate Management and a Swiss Federal Diploma in Real Estate Marketing. He is supported by Michaela Schaffner-Centeno, who brings extensive experience in wealth management, and Jil Schaffner, who holds a B.Sc. in International Hospitality Management from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. Together, we combine real estate expertise, financial insight, and a strong service culture.
